Seeing a need for ocean-based, charity work in under-served coastal communities of South Africa, Find Your Stoke was formed to provide access to FREE surf therapy sessions for members of the public facing challenges associated with disability, mental health and/or social isolation.
By utilising the ocean, waves and surfing as conduits - we are sharing the stoke around South Africa.
We're constantly growing and it is all thanks to the helping hands of amazing local district surf community members and hands-on volunteers!
Find Your Stoke aims are to heal, uplift and empower people by using the ocean and surfing as a conduit to explore, stimulate and facilitate positive therapeutic outcomes.
We focus on under-served communities along the beautiful coastline of South Africa - making a positive impact in the disability and mental health sectors.
Our volunteers, donors and local surfing communities provide the support that helps us spread the stoke.
